I edited, graded, sound mixed and onlined this TV ad to four different lengths, this being the main 30 second version. The helicopter animation was done by the clever people at Hot Knife.
One ad from a series of three that I edited, graded, and onlined for Unilever, the other products being Lifebuoy Soap and Sunlight Washing-Up Liquid. The edit looks deceptively simple as the greatest amount of work was spent on the grade and paint work, making every small detail absolutely pristine.
This TV spot was for the Saudi Telecom Company, the largest telecommunications company in the Arab State region. This is one from a series of four ads that I edited, graded, and onlined for final delivery.
RANI is one of the leading juice brands in the Middle East, the drink is sold in 56 countries and generates sales revenue above US$600 million.
I supplied this TV spot to 6 different durations, from a 3” programme bumper to this 20” full advert. As well as the edit, grade and online I also did a lot of compositing; painting out numerous unwanted background elements like building cranes and doing many sky replacements.
To publicise the launch of new regional TV station NOTTS TV I helped to create a series of 8 promotional videos, one of which starring Shane Meadows can be seen here. These videos were broadcast on the channel and displayed publicly at various events, such as the large onstage screens at Splendour Festival in front of 20,000 people.
This viral ad for Lipton Chai Latte was produced in two languages, English and Arabic. The combined youtube stats for this ad are nearly 1.1 million views to date.
I have done a few promo edits for Hammer Films, including some of the Special Features on the recent Bluray re-release of The Witches (1966), but this one has to be the coolest.
Intended as a sweeping overview of the entire history of Hammer Films and all within 90 seconds, I was supplied with just about every film they have ever made and given great license to pull together the most eye catching moments. Hammer ran a competition for anyone who could name all of the featured films, and this promo still lives on the company’s homepage.
I directed and shot this online marketing promo myself for a local art gallery. Specialising in unique, one-off originals this is a great place and I have actually bought a couple of pieces from George myself, so consider this a personal recommendation!
